Tropical Fuck Storm Submersive Behaviour LP (Joyful Noise)
Enter the wonderful world of Tropical Fuck Storm! Submersive Behaviour is the Australian art-punk combo’s take on the tried and true “covers record” concept. Over the course of 36 minutes, TFS puts their deranged spin on classics by Jimi Hendrix, Middle Aged in the Middle East in the Middle Ages, Men Men Menstration, Compliments to the Chef, and The Stooges. Guest starring their old kangaroo mates and collaborators Dan Kelly, the Bard of Beenleigh and Aaron Cupples, the Earl of East Gippsland on octopus-like strings-man-ship, falsetto and apocalyptic vibes.

The Go! Team Get Up Sequences Part Two CD/LP (Memphis Industries)
Get Up Sequences Part 2 is The Go! Team’s follow up to 2020’s Get Up Sequences Part 1. Part 2 is the big, bold, brother to Part 1 with the anti amped and upped. The Go! Team band leader Ian Parton, MC / rapper Ninja, guitarist / vocalist Nia Radical, bass player Adam and multi instrumentalist Sam Dook, have taken scissors to the technique, slamming noise rock into soda fountain soul and jump ready rhymes. It’s a school’s out, Friday free for all in the me frequency.

Young Fathers Heavy Heavy CD/LP (Ninja Tune)
After the monumental success and critical acclaim of Cocoa Sugar, Mercury Prize winning Edinburgh trio Young Fathers will release their highly anticipated sixth studio album, Heavy Heavy. Made up of Alloysious Massaquoi, Graham ‘G’ Hastings and Kayus Bankole, Young Fathers have long been recognised as one of Britain’s most vital and distinguished bands – merging incendiary and thought provoking lyrics with cutting edge visuals and an undeniable propulsive live show. Written and recorded over the course of three years, Heavy Heavy is a tour de force from the trio. An unashamedly soulful and heartfelt album, where the drums set the scene throughout to transport the listener to a place of celebration and awakening.

Rex C LP [Reissue/1996] (Numero)
Rex’s seminal 1996 sophomore album C, now on deluxe double vinyl for the first time. Every one of C’s 66 minutes is a delightful exploration at the intersection of slowcore and alt-country, weaving heartfelt Americana, stately strings, progged-out rhythms and crashingly heavy climaxes into captivating epics. Remastered from the original analog tapes, C has been given a second life beyond the CD-era, and comes housed in a tip-on jacket with restored artwork from guitarist Curtis Harvey.

Nada SurfCycle Through EP (Barsuk)
The vinyl version of Cycle Through, containing bonus material from the band’s critically acclaimed 2020 album Never Not Together, and originally released for Record Store Day 2021, is now available on black vinyl. It includes an extended version of “Just Wait”, the soundtrack for an evocative, ambitious video collaboration with award-winning filmmaker Mark Pellington.

Robyn Hitchcock Robyn Hitchcock LP (Yep Roc)
Five year anniversary reissue on colored vinyl. Robyn Hitchcock stands among the most energized and ambitious recordings of the iconic troubadour’s four-decade career. The album sees Hitchcock casting familiar shapes into surprising new forms, the sci-fi fueled sounds and visions that first stimulated his work now ribboned with experience and hard-earned wisdom. The album, Hitchcock’s 21st studio recording, was recorded in Nashville, TN, with producer Brendan Benson (The Raconteurs) and backed by fellow Music City players that include guitarist Annie McCue, bassist Jon Estes, and drummer Jon Radford. Harmony vocal contributions include Emma Swift, Grant Lee Phillips, Gillian Welch, and Wilco’s Pat Sansone.

Bardo PondNo Hashish, No Change Money, No Saki Saki LP (Three Lobed)
In 1993 Bardo Pond was fresh and still drying off out of their crawl out of Philadelphia’s psych primordial ooze. A quartet in those early days, they assembled a demo cassette to use for booking and merch purposes titled cryptically as No Hashish, No Change Money, No Saki Saki. This release largely remained a Discogs curio in the intervening years, never seeing a wide formal release in any capacity. Now, thirty years later, No Hashish… makes its first truly formal release in a mastered format and ready to daze their every hungry fans. Close to an hour of hazy, smoke-filled goodness spread over two LPs, this provides the proper soundtrack for a late night zone out accompanied by your chemicals of choice.

SumacThe Deal LP [Reissue/2015] (Sige)
The Deal is the debut album by American/Canadian avant-metal band SUMAC. It was originally released on vinyl LP via SIGE Records and on digital and CD formats by Profound Lore Records on February 17, 2015. The album was recorded at Aleph and Litho studios in Seattle, Washington, between July and August 2014. It was subsequently mixed at GodCity Studios in Salem, Massachusetts by Kurt Ballou.

Tycho – Dive LP Reissue (Ghostly)
Reissue on colored vinyl. While his formative years were spent listening to everything from Yes to Photek, Scott Hansen didn’t get his hands on an actual guitar or drum machine until he left his native Sacramento for San Francisco in 1995. “Encountering this whole new world at 20 years old was a profound experience,” says Hansen, better known by his musical pseudonym Tycho and as the graphic artist ISO50. “At the time, I was just learning the processes of design and music; both felt very similar, and have flowed back and forth for me ever since.”

Avenged Sevenfold Self Titled LP [Reissue/2007] (Hopeless)
Avenged SevenfoldNightmare LP [Reissue/2010] (Hopeless)
Limited color reissues.

Lumineers The Lumineers 10th Anniversary Edition LP (Dualtone)
The Lumineers’ breakout debut album captured hearts of fans and critics worldwide in 2012, leading to two Grammy-award nominations and a #2 Billboard chart peak.  It features the hit singles “Ho Hey” “Stubborn Love” and “Submarines.”  Celebrate the 10th anniversary with a remastered and expanded 2xLP edition pressed on 180g wax, featuring 6 tracks previously unreleased on vinyl, new liner notes, and all-new packaging exclusive behind the scenes photos.

Weezer SZNZ: Spring LP (Atlantic)
Available on limited glow in the dark vinyl. SZNZ: Spring is the first of four in the SZNZ series of EPs by Weezer and is now available on black and glow in the dark vinyl. The EP was produced by Weezer’s frequent collaborators Jake Sinclair and Suzy Shinn, as well as new collaborator Ethan Gruska. Each EP offers its own palette of colors, creatures, and emotions to explore. Created in real time, made in tandem with the season themselves, the EPs form an incredible collection of some of Weezer’s best songs yet, which is no small feat for a band that never leaves the Zeitgeist.

Discovery Discovery LP (Matsor / Tennisman’s Wharf)
Originally released on XL in 2009, Discovery is the collaborative synth pop project from Rostam Batmanglij (founding member and producer of Vampire Weekend) and Wes Miles (lead singer / songwriter of Ra Ra Riot). The album features guest appearances from Ezra Koenig and Angel Deradoorian, and is reissued for the first time in 5 years on limited edition Orange vinyl, with an unlisted bonus track that was not on the XL pressing.

Gogol Bordello Solidaritine LP (Cooking Vinyl)
Released on CD in 2022, now available on colored vinyl!

Dorothy Ashby and Frank WessIn a Minor Groove LP (Real Gone)
Dorothy Ashby was probably the greatest-and certainly the most swinging-jazz harpist of all time, repurposing an instrument best known for ethereal glissandos into a fully versatile voice in combo settings, capable of providing both instrumental embroidery and rhythmic drive. But she was always fighting an uphill battle in terms of garnering critical and commercial success; both her gender and the exoticism of her instrument often prevented her from being taken seriously among the hidebound environs of late ’50s and ’60s jazz. But it is that very uniqueness of her sound and station in the jazz world that has made her one of the most collectible musicians of her era, as her music has been sampled and celebrated by modern-day hip hop and world music artists (e.g. Jurassic Five, Bonobo) alike. In a Minor Groove is one of two albums she made in 1958 with flautist/saxophonist Frank Wess, and it is a marvel; backed by fellow Detroit native Herman Wright on bass and the great Roy Haynes on drums. For this first-ever domestic black vinyl reissue of In a Minor Groove, we are using the original mono sources-not the rechanneled stereo and jumbled track listing that showed up on Prestige’s later repackaging called Dorothy Ashby Plays for Beautiful People. Original album art with Ira Gitler’s sleeve notes, too.

Knapsack – This Conversation Is Ending Starting Right Now LP [Reissue/1998] (Spartan Records)
Knapsack – Silver Sweepstakes LP [Reissue/1995] (Spartan Records)
Knapsack – Day Three of My New Life LP [Reissue/1997] (Spartan Records)
Remastered reissues, available for the first time since their original releases. Each LP includes an out-of-print bonus track.

Pharcyde – Bizarre Ride II The Pharcyde LP [Reissue/1992] (Delicious Vinyl)
We’re celebrating the 30th anniversary of the debut album from legendary hip-hop collective The Pharcyde with this exclusive RSD Essential 2-LP set of Bizarre Ride II The Pharcyde, pressed on clear with yellow + purple splatter vinyl. Originally released in 1992 through the iconic Delicious Vinyl, this RIAA Gold-certified album was featured as one of Rolling Stone’s 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. This album features the singles “Passin’ Me By” “Ya Mama” and “Pack the Pipe”, and is a must-have for any West Coast hip-hop fan.

Rikki Ililonga – Zambia LP (Now Again)
First time on colored vinyl. The realm of Western-influenced African music is consistently dominated by such powerhouse names as Fela Kuti, Victor Uwaifo and other West African legends whose 60s and 70s recordings have been reissued by companies like Soundway, Strut and Analog Africa. One can’t possibly hope even to scratch the surface of the continent, however, without giving mention to Zambia’s Zamrock scene which, alongside the music that arose in Ethiopia in the late 60s and early 70s, is leagues deep and largely misunderstood. In the same vein, the genius of multi-instrumentalist Rikki Ililonga, and the famed Musi-O-Tunya band he helped found, have been afforded little international light. Ililonga’s charismatic presence and unparalleled musicality – coupled with his ability to pen deeper lyrics than most in the genre – and Musi-O-Tunya’s transcendent ability to deal in difficult traditional Zambian rhythms, deep funk and unrestrained fuzz rock in equal measure, have made for some amazing albums.
