DUSTER – Duster [Reissue/2019] CD/LP (Numero)
After a 19-year hiatus, Duster came back with their self-titled chef-d’oeuvre in 2019. Recorded in band member Clay Parton’s garage (aka Low Earth Orbit), the record bears all the hallmarks of the band’s early work: gaunt basslines, spindly guitars, and melancholy lyrics that lurk in the background. [A limited-edition ‘sea glass’ color vinyl pressing is available.]
CIRCA SURVIVE – Two Dreams CD (Rise)
Two Dreams is the seventh full-length record from Philadelphia’s Circa Survive. The album is a project of dual realities in both theory and practice. The 12-track release comprises two individual six-song EPs, titled A Dream About Love and A Dream About Death. [Two vinyl colorways – including an indie store exclusive version – are due January 13.]
SIGUR ROS – () [Reissue/2002] CD/2xLP (Krunk)
Sigur Rós’s third album, and for many the most quintessentially “Sigur Rós” record, celebrates its 20th anniversary. The album has been remastered by legendary mastering engineer Ted Jenson at Sterling Sound, who also mastered every Sigur Rós album from Takk onwards.

SAGE FRANCIS – Personal Journals [Reissue/2002] 2xLP (Strange Famous)
Double ‘galaxy splatter’ (red, black, and silver) color vinyl pressing. Includes 16-page booklet. Originally released in 2002, Personal Journals blindsided the music industry with the deeply revealing, confessional lyricism of DIY stalwart Sage Francis. One of the bestselling indie-hip hop records of all time, Personal Journals lead the charge into a fresh new era for the underground music world.

Legendary pianist and composer Thelonious Monk made his earliest recordings as a leader for Blue Note in 1947-48 as heard on the 1956 compilation Genius Of Modern Music, Volume One (Blue Note 1510), released as part of the 1500 series featuring timeless Monk compositions including “‘Round Midnight”, “Ruby My Dear”, “In Walked Bud”, and “Well You Needn’t”.

PHAROAH SANDERS – Karma [Reissue/1969] LP (Verve)
Limited 180gm vinyl pressing in deluxe gatefold jacket. Pharoah Sanders’ third Impulse! album, 1969’s Karma, is a milestone of the spiritual jazz movement and a natural progression in the sonic exploration that Sanders, along with John and Alice Coltrane, had spearheaded over the previous five years. “The Creator Has A Master Plan” is as close as spiritual jazz comes to having its own anthem. Part of Verve’s Acoustic Sounds Series featuring transfers from analog tapes.
WEEN – Paintin The Town Brown: Ween Live 1990-1998 3xLP reissue (ATO)
